Campaign Reporting

Automated Reporting: Our customized report engine & report interfaces enable marketing managers to view various reports in an automated environment.

SRE (ServAnalytics Report Engine): Our reporting engine (UNIX/Mac/Windows) can be scheduled to run at anytime of the day/month and starts processing the latest campaign reports by using a campaign pointer. As reports are tracked and processed by the campaign pointer, they are moved to a Central Report Repository (SRR -ServAnalytics Report Repository).

SRI (ServAnalytics Report Interfaces): Marketing Managers and Analysts can access SRR reports using ServAnalytics Reporting Interfaces (SRI) that are completely integrated and embedded in Microsoft Excel. Excel is the most commonly used application amongst Marketing Managers, and there is no special tool needed to access ServAnalytics campaign reports. We offer the following interfaces:

  • Single Campaign View: View detailed single campaign reports by segments and cells.

  • Multi Campaign View: Assess which campaigns are generating the most opportunities, have the best ROI or analyze conversion rates.

  • Full Program/Portfolio View: Review performance by business line or best performing programs.

SLA (ServAnalytics Lift Analyzer) measures Lift and Impact. SLA visually displays the lift and impact produced by marketing campaigns. As shown above, there is significant lift in sales after the campaign drop date. This enables organizations to measure pre and post campaign results through automated calculation of adjustments thereby calculating the real ROI for each campaign.
